You may have heard about the devastating wild fires in California in the Fall of 2017. These fires in both Northern and Southern California took lives, property and cherished memories from the unfortunate people that happened to live in the “wrong” place.
I have been visiting Japan for 30 years and I am still amazed by the Japanese commitment to service. This philosophy is also part of the Silex Technology culture and I hope that our North American customers can see part of our Japan heritage in how we do business.
